This is a 14K white gold (marked) blue topaz ring with sparkling cubic zirconias (CZ). The marquis blue topaz stone in the center is 9.5 by 5 millimeters. On each side of the center topaz is a slightly smaller marquise CZ, and then a triangle of three small, round CZs. The prong-set stones are in excellent condition.  The ring is size 6 and weighs 4.5 grams.  This beautiful ring is in excellent, like new condition, and much more sparkling than the photo.
