This spooner is a Japanese Iris aka Rebecca Bowl by New Martinsville, 1910.  I haven't wash it because I don't want to take off the Gold which is mostly still on .  The scalloped  at the top has no damage.   At the bottom had tiny chips around  it.  It's 4 in. high and 3 1/2 in, around the rim.
