Some manuals are dirty or have discoloration on the covers due to sitting on the shelves in our warehouse. Inside is still like new. Payment:
Payment must be received within 5 days of purchase.
If no payment has been received within 7 days of the purchase, a non-paying customer case will be filed.
We accept payment via PayPal or credit card. At this time we only accept Visa MasterCard and Discover by phone.
Shipping:
We reserve the right to use either UPS or USPS when shipping.
International shipments will only be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.
We are happy to combine shipping charges. If you purchase multiple items please wait to receive revised invoice prior to payment.
We will ONLY ship to the addresses provided by eBay or listed with PayPal.
We will assist customers with any claims with USPS or UPS.
Once the item ships it is out of our control
Winners of items in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are subject to a $10 surcharge.
Most items ship within 24 hours of purchase; however, on occasion, it may take up to 3 days to ship.
International Shipments:
All international shipments are made vie USPS Priority Mail International.
If you are unwilling to wait up to 4 weeks for your item, please do not purchase. In most cases it does not take that long; however, the items have to pass through customs, both in the United States, as well as the receiving country. This process could take some time. In the event that we have to file a claim with the postal service for a lost item, it could take as long as 6 months to receive a determination on the claim form the postal service. Again, if you need the item quickly, or you just do not have the patience to wait, please do not make the purchase.
Returns:
There will be NO RETURNS ON HELMETS. Please make sure that you are selecting the correct size at the time of purchase.
Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery of the item.
Original, and return shipping, is the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping charges WILL NOT be included in refunds.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The restocking fee and the original shipping charges will be deducted from the original payment prior to the refund.
