The length of the cape (longest point): is about 34 cm (measure from center back to hem including the fur trim but excluding the hood)
The shoulder + sleeve length:
is about 29 cm (measure from neckline to the end of sleeve including the fur trim but excluding the hood)
The style is quite variable, a little bit long or short will still look great! However you can always cut off the stitch around the edge which form the 'sleeve' to be free size.
