Shipping Rates & Information:
Ashford Hobby ships via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). We do not offer local pick-up. We will ship orders to APO/FPO addresses via (USPS) Postal Service Priority Mail. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for delivery. Tracking for these shipments is not available.
All items must be shipped on our shipper account, no third party shipping accounts.
Please make sure to provide the correct and complete shipping address when placing your order, orders will be shipped out to the shipping address provided by eBay. Ashford Hobby is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Hazardous materials restrictions may restrict shipment to some locations and restrict some shippers, we will contact you if there is a issue.
Most shipments are sent out within 1 business day after payment is confirmed or cleared, unless stated otherwise in the listing.
All items are shipped insured. If your item is damaged or lost in shipment, we will work with you to remedy the situation with the shipping carriers.
You will receive an order confirmation E-mail with a tracking number once the item ships. The status of the order may be tracked on carrier website provided on the E-mail.
Combined Shipping:
We will combine shipping on multiple purchases to save you money on shipping. We require that all items must be paid for via a single payment. EBay's "add to cart" will charge you full shipping for the item with the most expensive shipping and add an additional amount for each item you add to the order. If you would like a specific quote on a more complicated order, just contact us E-mail us with the item numbers you wish to combine and we will get back to you with a quote.
Import Duties:

If your PayPal account is linked to a checking or other banking account, payment may be considered an e-check. Items paid for with PayPal e-checks will not be shipped until PayPal provides verification of payment. This requires 3-5 business days from the date that checkout is completed. All shipments, no exceptions will only be shipped to the confirmed address with PayPal. If not confirmed, payment will be refunded, and auction cancelled.

Return Policies:
We offer a 14 day return policy on all items. (unless stated otherwise in the listing) All returns must be in original condition and must include the original packaging with contents intact.
Due to the nature of electronic products such as motors, servos, speed controllers, batteries, etc., all sales are final. Nitro engines will not be covered for anything other than a clear manufactures defect, warranty decisions on these items to be made by the importer or vendor of the specific product.
In the case of a defective item we will assist in getting a replacement directly from our venders or we will replace it from our inventory depending on which will be faster for the customer.
If you need to return an item, please contact us by eBay Messages and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). We will send you a RMA number as well as detail address and shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost. Refunded amount is only the auction price, shipping and any customs costs are not refunded and a 10% restocking fee may apply to returns for credit. Refunds will be issued within 3 days of receipt of the item.
