This is a YDG Mutoscope by VAUGHN ALDEN BASS, unsigned artist, captioned "Keep 'Em flying", a sexy pin-up on a swing.   Vaughn Bass was the artist that created the "Wonder Bread Girl" in the 1950's.  Condition is good plus/plus with slightly bumped corners/edges.
