Wolfsburg Tuning offers a one year warranty on all of our products except on brakes components (brake pads, rotors, etc), clutch components (flywheels, pressure plates, etc), and electrical components (sensors, switches, bulbs, etc). Please open a ticket (Go to the bottom right corner of our homepage & click on "OPEN TICKET") to receive the Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to write on the outside of your box. Without the RMA number, we will not accept the return. With the warranty, the customer sends the product to be tested to determine if it is defective. If so, a new product will be sent. If the customer doesn't want to wait for this process, a new product may be purchased while the original part is tested. If the original product is found defective, a store credit will be issued to cover the purchase of the new product. The customer assumes the shipping fee sent to WT and WT assumes the shipping fee back to the customer. If a warrantied item is tested and is found in perfect working condition, the item will be returned to the customer who assumes the shipping fee. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

For our out of country shoppers, we offer International Priority (only to Canada) and UPS Worldwide Expedited. The fee will vary depending on how soon you want your order to arrive. Once you order is complete, we will email you the shipping fee amount.

Wolfsburg Tuning (WT) strives to provide incomparable customer service. If you ordered a part that is not compatible with your vehicle and you would still like the correct part we can help! Please open a ticket (Go to the bottom right corner of our homepage & click on "OPEN TICKET"). We accept returns on unused products within 30 days after your order has been shipped. The customer is eligible for a refund to the original payment method if the return is made within 30 days. The product must be returned in the original box with the original packing material and packing slip. Please go to: My eBay> purchase history> More actions > Return this item. A 20% restocking fee is applied to all returned items. The customer assumes the shipping fee sent to Wolfsburg Tuning. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
