Product Description

This is a complete 1 year maintenance supply kit designed to fit all Oreck XL upright vacuum cleaners, both the docking station, and non-docking station models. Included are enough supplies to last the average home 12-16 months. Includes 16 premium American made Micro-Lined Allergen filtration bags, designed to fit Oreck part numbers; CCPK8DW, CCPK8, CCPK25, and CCPK25DW. Ideal for allergy and Asthma sufferers, and homes with pets, these bags capture 99% of all microscopic airborne allergens including dust mites, pet dander, mold spores, pollen and other particles as small as 1 micron. Also included are 6 total Oreck XL upright belts, designed to fit Oreck part numbers; 030-0604, 0300604, 010-0604, 0100604, and 75024-01. The key to keeping your Oreck XL performing at it's peak performance is frequently replacing your belt even if it hasn't broken. The Oreck belt will heat up as the brushes spin, causing the belt to stretch over time. A stretched Oreck belt dramatically reduces the cleaning power, and may leave embedded dirt or pet hair in your carpets and rugs. Because of this we recommend replacing your belt once every 30-60 days. Also included with the kit is a premium American made Oreck XL Roller Brush, designed to fit Oreck part numbers; 016-1152, 75104-03, 7520203, and 75104-03. This beater bar, beater brush, or Roller brush is also imperative to maintain and replace to keep your Oreck performing at it's peak performance.

New Flat Rubber Belts will all be shorter in length than the belts that you are replacing.  When the belt is installed and the roller brush is spinning, it is causing the belts to stretch out which will inevitably cause them to break.  The new belts will need to be stretched as tight as possible during installation for them to fit and work properly.  Our suggestion is to use a flat head screwdriver and pry the belt onto the pulley.
