Loopys Towels offers free shipping on all Australian orders.
Free Shipping orders are sent with Australia Post Standard eParcel service or
Local Courier. This service can take approx. 2 - 7 Business Days for delivery
from dispatch depending on your location (i.e. regional towns will take longer
to deliver to than metro).
EXPRESS SHIPPING
We offer an Express Shipping service using Australia Post
eparcel Express which includes a Tracking number. The Express Service Fee is a
flat rate $10 AUD and can be selected when checking out and choosing your
shipping method. Please allow up to 3 business days from dispatch for your
Express Delivery to arrive. You must ensure your postcode is part of Australia
Posts Express Network to receive this service.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer shipping to NZ using Australia Post International
Economy for a flat rate $30 AUD. No matter how many Towels you order you only
pay one Flat Rate shipping fee. This International service comes with a
tracking number and you should allow up to 10 business days for delivery not
including any customs delays which are out of our control.
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED
Loopys Towels will accept return of product/s if:
- Product
is damaged in transit
- Product
is incorrectly shipped by our warehouse
- Product
is deemed faulty by us.
Please remember we individually check each item before
sending them to our customers to ensure all our products meet our high
standards of workmanship.
In the case that the above has occurred we, Loopys, will replace the item/s an
no extra cost to the customer if notification of the issue has been reported to
us with photographic evidence within 48 hours of your order arriving. Should
this not be the case we will not accept liability for damaged goods.
