SHIPPING POLICY AND INSURANCE
We usually ship 24 to 48 hours after payment is received. For most items, we charge a set fee for domestic Priority mail and international First Class mail shipping. We use Ebay shipping calculators for heavy items like candles. Ebay shipping calculators give a very close estimate of actual shipping costs, but it's not exact to the penny. We do not profit from shipping fees (often we take a loss on shipping costs), and we do not charge handling fees. WE WILL GLADLY COMBINE SHIPPING AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.
If you are an international buyer, you may want to inquire about customs fees in your country before you make a purchase. You are solely responsible for paying customs fees in your country. Customs fees are not shipping fees. We will not pay your customs fees.
Please note that USPS First Class Mail can take 10 days to 45 days to reach international customers. This timeframe includes the time spent going through customs. Please notify us if you don't receive your order 15 days after payment. All items shipped through Priority Mail, FEDEX and UPS are insured. In order for us to file an insurance claim you must keep the damaged box and item for inspection. If you do not do this, you may not be reimbursed for your loss. If you receive a damaged package please keep the box and the damaged item for inspection and contact us immediately so we can file a damage claim. Less than 1% of the packages that we ship are damaged or lost by the shipping company. Even when boxes are damaged, the damage usually does not reach the item which is packaged with foam peanuts and bubble wrap.
RETURN POLICY
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS UNLESS THE CUSTOMER RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM. All of our orders are packed by people and checked for accuracy three times before shipping. If your order is wrong, please contact us immediately. We will ask you to please send the wrong item back to us, and we will replace it with the correct item. Please don't hesitate to ask any question you may have before buying an item. Please read the full description before buying any item. We pack orders according to the item description not the picture. If after you receive the item, you feel that it is not as described, please e-mail us and we will absolutely work with you to resolve the situation.
