For hair:

Quick method: Massage grapeseed oil into your hair and scalp and wrap in a wet towel for about 30 minutes before washing out with shampoo for fantastic conditioned hair

Intensive method: Pour grapeseed oil into a plastic bag, and fill a sink with hot water. Place the grapeseed oil, in it's bag, in the hot water to heat up. In the mean time, wash your hair with shampoo and rinse out. Then, after checking that the oil isn't too hot, massage the grapeseed oil into your hair starting from the base, leaving some left over to massage into the scalp. Leave the oil in for 20 minutes before rinsing through with hot water, and then cold water. Do this twice a week for unbelievable results!
