DESCRIPTION
This no-drill fixed panel glass clamp is constructed from solid brass and finished in brushed bronze for use with monolithic tempered glass panels. It is designed to secure fixed glass panels without requiring drilled holes or notches in the glass. The clamp uses two nylon tipped set screws to hold the glass firmly in place while mounting screws are provided for attachment to wall, ceiling, or floor surfaces. Clear gaskets are included to help protect the glass at contact points. This clamp is intended for use with glass thickness ranging from 5/16 inch to 3/8 inch and requires no glass fabrication for installation. For proper installation, clamps must be used on a minimum of three sides of the fixed panel including the top, bottom, and at least one side. Silicone reinforcement must be applied along the entire glass edge where clamps are installed to enhance stability. This clamp is designed for securing fixed panels only and is not intended to support a hinged door from the fixed glass panel. Proper structural backing support must be determined during installation to ensure adequate mounting strength.
