Returns and Refunds

We're committed to selling high-quality products that we hope you'll enjoy using but we also know that there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. If this is the case, we offer a free returns policy on faulty items. Please note: Any returned items must be deemed faulty by 4indoors for you to be eligible for our free returns policy. Any returned items deemed not faulty will be subject to a returns charge of ?4.95

Please make sure that you check your items carefully on receipt and before installing as damages need to be reported within three working days.

You have 28 days to return any faulty items.

How To Return An Item

At 4indoors we want to make returning an item as efficient and convenient as possible;

• A prepaid returns label is sent to your email address
• You need to package the item up and attach the label
• You will be given a receipt with a tracking reference for your item

Replacements or refunds are usually received within 5-7 working days.

Requesting to return your item for exchange or refund is simple; we just need the following information from you;

•          Full name and post code
•          Reason for return
•          If you would like a refund or replacement
•          Which service you would like to use to return your item

 

Warranty

4indoors provides a standard one year warranty on all of our products. An extended warranty may be available with some of the items that we supply which would be covered by the manufacturer. This will need to be set up directly with the manufacturer. If you do not register the product with the manufacturer within the 28 day period, your product is guaranteed for 1 year only. Details of this will be enclosed with the item.  

Unauthorised Returns

Any unauthorised returns will be destroyed on receipt. Please contact us first before returning a product.
