We accept payment through the Ebay payment system or Paypal. No direct deposit or other method is offered.

Items are generally sent 1-2 business days after payment is cleared. Delivery usually takes approximately 3 - 5 business days.

Buyers can trace their delivery with a unique tracking no. Buyers have full responsibility to provide the correct delivery address.

We will accept any new, returned item, purchased from our stock, provided it is in resellable condition within 14 days from the date of sale. New Returns must be in their original box with all original packaging enclosed. The Purchaser must pay for any postage costs back to TMC Auto. We also provide a product warranty of 6 months from the date of sale.

The warranty covers the replacement of the part only and does not cover any associated costs in regards to labour or any other expenses incurred or associated with the purchase of the part. We will issue a replacement part at no cost to the purchaser. If a replacement part is not available, a refund of the original purchase price will be issued.

Our liability at any and all times and under all circumstances will never exceed the original purchase cost of the item. The parts that we supply are intended for installation by qualified installers. Warranty will be void due to improper installation.
