This brass coin probe is great for metal detecting, treasure hunting, and prospecting. It is 9.5" long, with the brass rod being 6.25" long.

It has a nice comfy soft-grip handle, and is very well made. It does have a nice sharp tip, but it is hard to see in the picture.
