The viscomat range is a family of internal profile or vane gear pumps designed to give an effective solution for the various requirements of pumping oil and lubricants. Common features are quiet operation, regularity of flow due to the absence of pulsations, the ability to function with the delivery closed as a result of an incorporated bypass, high suction capacity and a compact design.

CONSTRUCTION
Asynchronous, closed, self ventilating, ac motor (protection IP55) available in various voltages and frequencies, die cast aluminium pump Body, by-pass integrated into the pump Body, 1" Femalee inlet/outlet ports except viscomat 70’s which are 3/4"

VISCOSITY
Viscomats 70 and 90 (Vane type) up to 500 cSt
Viscomats 200/230 (Gear type) up to 2000 cSt

Delivery Information

All orders placed before 4pm Monday to Thursday and 3pm on a Friday, are processed and despatched on the same business day.  

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 1-2 Days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
