Shipping Information: 

Our goods will be packed and shipped as soon payment is confirmed, it often goes out the same day or next.  No items shipped without prior confirmation of payment. We use USPS.  For shipping inside the US it usually takes 2 to 5 business days to receive your item.  For international delivery it may take 2 weeks or more depending on postal services in each country. Each release is accompanied by a tracking number.

RETURN INFORMATION: 

Driveandflyrc accepts the return of the goods provided such goods are in their original, unused in original packaging, in a term no longer than 14 days after purchase, the customer must immediately contact our sales department and submit the application, our customer service department will send a form to fill out (return merchandise format) clarifying the reason for the request. We won't accept any returns without prior notice to customer service and fill out this form. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the product to our warehouse, suggest a package to the customer upon the return of the product to request a tracking number of shipping the product to track the shipment. The customer must attach copy of return to the format of the bill of purchase.  Any return of goods shall be subject to a restocking fee of 10% If the customer wishes to receive a refund.  We will return only the net value received from the purchase, no additional charges will be returned or operating expenses for the transfer of money

Defective Products

 considered a defective product a new product that does not work and has no apparent damage, defective merchandise must be returned whole to the manufacturer, to determine their repair or replacement.  Products that have been used will be accepted for technical support.

 parts lend technical service in the other product the manufacturer is who assumes the warranty of the products. If they have symptoms of misuse of poor handling of this we are not responsible for guarantees of these.  We reserve the right to request any evidence of damage of the product to the customer. We do not refund in used or damaged and manipulated products and out of the box or the original presentation

CHANGES OR CANCEL ORDERS
