•Any sale constitutes an agreement that the bidder will adhere to all terms and conditions as set out on this page by Ballistic 4X4 PTY LTD. Furthermore, the winning purchaser enters into a legally binding contract with the seller, whereupon the purchaser is obliged to tender payment to the seller in accordance with the seller's terms and conditions.

•All item prices include GST.

• Ballistic 4X4  PTY LTD adheres to all trading rules applied by eBay. 

•While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details is unintentional.

•We are committed to work through any issues you may have in accordance with our policies.

•For queries regarding any issue with item received please contact us through ebay email and indicate your eBay items number with every correspondence.

•Once you purchase your item we must receive payment within 7 days. Once Payment is received, a order will be entered into our system, the item taken from stock, final assembled and trimmed to suit your order, pressure tested, cleaned, booked for transport and collected by transport. This time frame along with the large volume of orders we process can take some time. We process orders on a first in first out basis. The lead times as posted in the listing are indicative only and items are generally sent before the projected dispatch times. Your patience is appreciated.

Returns

•If the item does not correspond with the description we are happy to refund the purchase price or exchange the unit. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have a serious issue with your purchase prior to leaving any feedback.

•The buyer must return the item as soon as practicably possible.  In most cases the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and items must be securely packed

•We do our best to present accurate information about every item we sell. If you have any questions regarding the item, please email us before placing your bid.

Delivery

•Dispatch of goods is arranged through freight companies. We Can Not deliver to Po Boxes, Please provide a street delivery address.

•Best delivery experiences come from customers who leave a business address.

•No weekend or after hours delivery available.

•If problems do arise, please contact us, and we will endeavour to resolve any issues prior to leaving feedback.
