FRONT : 

I used the following:

 

Stampin Up:  Inks - Paper - Punches - Stamps

 Heidi Grace Paper - Ribbon and More

 

 All Tags are popped up for a 3 D look.

 I put a row of the cutest "Little Sweet Pea" Paper with Hearts and Flowers Paper edged with Stampin Up Paper on each side.  

On the lower right side, I stamped:

"Welcome Baby"  

I placed 2 rows of ribbon along the left side and tied it into a tie.

 

I punched out a green round scallop tag and then on top of it, I punched out a white tag using Stampin Up Punches.

 

I hand stamped and Painted the Stork and placed a baby safety pin on the front tag.  Very Cute!

 

I Popped up and placed the tag on top of the Ribbons for a 3D look!

 

  

So Cute!!! 

 

 

 

ENVELOPE:

 

 These cards will come with good quality white envelopes with Stamped "BABY" with Stork on top of they (Y). The Color will co-ordinate with the card.
