This is an antique 14K yellow gold (marked) carved carnelian necklace.  The necklace features four carved beads that are approximately 8.7 millimeters and an oval pendant that is 1 1/2 inches high (including the bail) by 3/4 inch wide.  The bail is Art Deco, and the carving features two large flowers.  (Note: there is a smooth indentation on the back of the pendant.  This is not a chip or defect.)  This extraordinary necklace is 15 3/8 inches long and weighs 10.3 grams.  It is in excellent condition.
