Swivel Shackle

The frame width refers to the 401 and 402 shackles.  They are joined together and can be rotated, so that a block that has been mounted can move freely, corresponding to the cable pull.  The side holes allow a thin cord to be passed through (then knotted) to limit the potential rotation of the swivel shackle.  The 403 is suitable for all Pekabe blocks.
