Orenco Originals utilizes the United States Postal Service to deliver all of our charts to the United States and Internationally. We traditionally ship our charts using USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. Expedited shipping is available via USPS Priority Mail also with delivery confirmation. We ship charts daily and notify our customers by email once their package has mailed. If you have any questions please let us know.

Custom Fabric Counts: If you prefer to stitch on a fabric count other than 14-count Aida, just let us know and we will re-chart the design to fit your preferred fabric perfectly.
Thread Conversions: Planning to use something other than DMC? We are glad to provide a conversion chart to help you get started with your favorite thread brand.
Adjusted Measurements: If you have a specific finished size in mind—such as for a decorative pillow—we can re-chart any design to meet your custom measurements.
