INSURANCE:
Domestic Shipping Insurance is required on most items, such as antiques, glass, china & crystal items and items over $50.00 US currency. Insurance on these items will be included in the shipping charges unless otherwise stated. We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged by the postal service once the package leaves our hands at the post office.
** NOTE: Shipping & Handling Charges are non-negotiable. Occassionally we over-estimate shipping charges and a partial refund will be given.
SHIPPING:
We ship worldwide. We ship domestic through the USPS via Parcel Post & Priority Mail and UPS Ground. International shipping is via USPS Priority Mail, unless you are located in a country that does not offer this service. If USPS Priority Mail International is not available, your item will then be shipped via USPS Airmail Parcel Post. If you are a Canadian resident you may also choose to have your item(s) shipped UPS Standard to Canada. On small items other shipping options may be offered, such as USPS 1st Class Mail or International Air Letter Post to help keep your costs down. The item(s) will be shipped within 24–72 hours of cleared payment, not to include weekends and holidays. Once a package leaves our hands at the post office we are not responsible for the handling of the package or the length of time it takes to deliver the package.
