Return Policy

THB Products wants every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Each item is hand inspected and then carefully packaged to ensure a damage free quick delivery. If for some reason your items arrive damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 3 days for a replacement. Include your name, address, item purchased and a short description of the damage and/or photos in your eBay message. 

Sizing and designs are sometimes difficult to predict. In these cases, please contact us within 30 days for an exchange or refund. All returns must be in new condition, in the original packaging, and sent back along with a copy of the receipt for your order. Returns must be shipped within 30 days from date of receipt. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
