This tea plate is made by Royal Doulton and is in the Rose Elegans pattern. It is in good condition with no cracks, chips or crazing. The plate measures 6 1/2" diameter. Postage is at cost with no charge for packaging and handling. I have other pieces in this pattern available in my ebay shop.
