Vintage Marx Popeye the Sailorman wind up tin toy. It winds up and legs move. Missing 2 forearms and either the wheelbarrow or luggage, depending on which model he is. The back looks to be dun roached but the front still has the sharp colors of the uniform. Either if you refurbish this or keep it in its current patina, this will be an amazing addition to a Popeye or antique tin toy collection.
