I may give a visual grading along with a playback grading especially for reggae vinyl as in many cases original reggae plays a lot better than it looks or vice versa. Some reggae vinyl plays with background noise from new. This is down to the way it was recorded, mastered and pressed. Sometimes UK pressed records were dubbed from original JA vinyl. Jamaican vinyl was always pressed in short runs, used recycled vinyl etc.   

Condition gradings: 

M - Mint  In Perfect / As New Condition

EX - Excellent  Used And With Minor Signs Of Wear

VG - Very Good  Used, Sleeve Will Have Obvious Signs Of Wear/Damage. Vinyl Will Have Obvious Signs Of Wear, Will Play With No Major Faults, But May Have Some Surface Noise, hairlines etc

G - Good  Sleeve Will Have Significant Wear/Damage. Vinyl Will Have A Fair Amount Of Surface Damage, Will Play With No Jumps Or Sticks, But Will Have Significant Surface Noise

F - Fair  Sleeve Will Be Badly Damaged, Vinyl Will Have A Lot Of Damage, Will Play With Surface Noise And May Jump/Stick Etc.

+ & - maybe used if an item is between standard gradings.
