• Game case may have some basic wear.
• Cases with extensive wear, such as cracks, large rips and tears, discoloration or grime, are replaced with a new case. The replacement may or may not be OEM, depending on supply (refer to photos).
• Cases that are not replaced are cleaned and sanitized.
• Game discs are professionally cleaned, either by resurfacing with an ELM Eco-master and/or with non-damaging cleaning agents made for CDs, DVDs or Blu-rays.

Disc condition is one of two grades:

• All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage.
• Most orders ship the same day if placed before 12PM EST (unless that day is a holiday).
• Orders placed after 12PM EST ship the next business day (unless that day is a holiday).
• Orders placed Friday afternoon ship the following Monday (unless that Monday is a holiday).
• Orders affected by holidays ship on the soonest business day the Post Office is open.

• We offer a 30-day return policy. Use it at any time within 30 days of your order.
• You may open a return request for any reason. It will always be approved.
• Refunds are issued as soon as we receive the game back.
• All returns are inspected on arrival to confirm it is the original product with no misuse, compared against our reference photos.
• If an item is damaged during delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can file a claim with USPS and accept the return for a refund.

• The operational guarantee does not cover physical damage or modification by the buyer.
• Products that have been damaged or modified in any way from the original listing after delivery are no longer eligible.
