Corpse Killer for the Sega Genesis 32X CD, released by Digital Pictures. This full-motion video (FMV) action shooter combines live-action footage with interactive light-gun-style gameplay, placing players on a tropical island overrun by zombies.
Players take on the role of a Marine attempting to survive a zombie outbreak while rescuing stranded soldiers and uncovering the sinister experiments behind the undead invasion. The game features live-action actors, cinematic sequences, and arcade-style shooting mechanics.
This is the enhanced Sega 32X CD edition, which utilizes both the Sega CD and Sega 32X hardware. The 32X CD version offers improved video presentation compared with the standard Sega CD release and represents one of the smaller libraries of games developed for this combined Sega hardware configuration.
