đ§ Product Details
- PREVENTS AIR BUBBLES & UNIFORM CRUST: Evenly spaced spikes poke consistent holes in pizza dough to let steam escape during baking, preventing large bubbles and creating a flat, evenly cooked crust every time. No more fork-poking â one roll covers the whole dough.
- GENTLE ON DOUGH, TOUGH ON BUBBLES: Unlike heavy metal docker that can tear delicate dough, this lightweight roller perforates with just the right pressure â perfect for thin pizza crusts, flaky pie crust, and pastry dough. The non-stick surface removes cleanly even from sticky doughs.
- DURABLE & COMFORTABLE: Made from ABS and PP with a concave fingertip grip that fits naturally in your hand for steady, even rolling. Sturdy enough for regular home baking use.
- EASY TO CLEAN & STORE: Rinses clean under water â the non-stick surface means dough doesn't get stuck in the spikes. At 7.5" Ã 4.9", it's wide enough to dock a full pizza crust in a few rolls yet compact enough to fit in a kitchen gadget drawer. Hanging hole on the handle for wall storage.
- VERSATILE BAKING TOOL: Not just for pizza â use it for pie crust, crackers, hardtack, flatbread, cookies, and homemade bread. A must-have for home chefs, pizza lovers, and baking enthusiasts. Works with all dough types from thin and crispy to thick and chewy. īģŋ
