EightyDeuce’s eBay Shop Policy

📩 Contact:

• Please be respectful when messaging me through the eBay system — I’ll always match your kindness and professionalism.

📦 Listings:

• All item descriptions and photos accurately reflect the condition of each product, following eBay’s guidelines.

• Items are clearly listed as New, New (Open Box), Used, or For Parts/Not Working.

• Photos are considered part of the item’s full description. Please review them carefully before purchasing or bidding.

🚚 Shipping:

• All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking info automatically updated in your eBay account.

• Combined shipping should calculate automatically. If it doesn’t, just send a message and I’ll provide an updated invoice.

• Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment — often sooner.

• Once a package is in USPS possession, I can’t control delays, especially during global or local disruptions.

• Fragile items are securely packaged and clearly marked to help ensure safe delivery.

⭐ Feedback:

• Feedback is left once your item ships.

• If you’re not fully satisfied, please message me before leaving neutral or negative feedback — I’ll do my best to make things right.

• I do not tolerate “feedback blackmail.” I run a transparent and honest shop focused on positive experiences for collectors.

🛠️ Cancellations, Damages & Returns:

• Orders cannot be canceled once USPS has taken possession.

• If an item arrives damaged, contact me through eBay messaging with clear photos of the damage.

• Not all items are eligible for returns — please reach out before opening a return request.

• If I need to cancel an order on my end (very rare), I’ll notify you immediately and issue a full refund.
