Used, with normal case wear and scuffs consistent with laboratory service. The nameplate is fully readable. We have not measured inductance or Q on this unit and do not claim it meets the marked ±0.1%. The original seller reported continuity only (about 92 ohms on a DMM); that is their report, not a test we repeated. No calibration certificate, cal sticker date, or cables came with the unit.
