The M!ss!ng P!ece eBay Store Information

1. Combined Shipping

• We DO combine shipping on multiple orders! Many items already have a shipping discount included, but if your oder does not include a shipping discount, we will issue a refund after your purchase for the difference in what you are charged and the actual shipping cost.

• PLEASE add all your items to your cart and then purchase the cart all together: that way it comes in as one order and makes the refund process seamless.

2. Customer Satisfaction

• The M!ss!ng P!ece is a family-run side business and as lovers of great customer service, we strive to provide it.  Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
