Swap your evening hot chocolate for this. Our Reishi blend mixes cocoa with reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum), maca root and a pinch of cinnamon, lightly sweetened with coconut sugar and stevia. Enjoy it hot, iced or blended into a smoothie.

What's inside

Reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum): a mushroom used in traditional East Asian practice for centuries.

Cocoa: for a rich, real chocolate taste.

Maca root: a Peruvian root traditionally eaten as a food.

Coconut sugar, cinnamon and stevia: for a lightly sweet, warming drink. No artificial sweeteners, flavourings or fillers.

Ingredients

Cocoa powder, coconut sugar, reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum), maca root, cinnamon powder, stevia. Each 8g serving contains 0.5g reishi, 0.5g maca and 0.3g cinnamon.

How to use

Stir 1 to 2 teaspoons (4 to 8g) into warm (not boiling) water or plant milk.
Enjoy as part of your evening wind-down, 30 to 60 minutes before bed.
Start with one teaspoon and adjust to taste.
