SUPER RARE Black Star Promo Pikachu #035 Non-Holo variant. The non-holo version could only be found in an issue of the Pokemon official Magazine in Scandinavia, Making this card significantly harder to find than the holographic variant from here in the United States. There are no PSA 10's in existence, and only 48 total copies have been graded by CGC, with the card in this grade being only pop 4. These are available very infrequently in virtually any grade.
