• Why is wireless charging slower than expected?

  Charging may slow if Cool Mode is off, battery is over 80%, the case interferes, temperatures are above 95°F or below 32°F, your phone lacks 25W support or is in use, or USB-C and wireless are used together. Use Cool Mode, no case or one under 2.4mm.
