This auction is for Dept. 56 1998   " Wooden Pier "  #52766.   It is in excellent  condition.   I have found no flaws.      The wooden look, resin pier measures 3 1/2 inches high x 9 inches long x 3 1/2 inches wide.  There is a separate piece with a pelican sitting on it.  The pier would be a great addition to your village display.    It was purchased from a Dept. 56 collector and has been stored in a smoke free home.    The sleeve has a spot on the top front  left hand corner clean from age and storage.    Please check out the pictures and feel free to e-mail me with any questions.    Check out my other auctions for more great Dept. 56 and other items.   Shipping cost varies by your zip code location.   Buy multiple and I'll combine shipping.
