This is card #42 from the 1966 Topps Batman Bat Laffs trading card set.  The card has Burgess Meredith as The Penguin on the front and Bat Laffs and puzzle piece on the back.  The card is in excellent condition, great gloss and color, near sharp corners and edges, might have small surface creases(I've looked at the card from many angles and some show slight imperfections on front's surface), 60/40 centering.  The card will be in a soft-sleeve and a top-loader.
