Vintage Beccafichi reverse glass painting depicting a wonderfully scruffy cat in an orange spotted tie, accompanied by a small mouse.

Expressive brushwork and bright yellow eyes give this characterful pair plenty of personality. Signed Beccafichi at the lower left and presented in a decorative gold-tone frame.

Measures approximately 34 x 49 cm.

There are some age-related marks and surface wear, together with wear to the frame and backing. Please see all photographs for condition and details.

May need some more tape to secure has been lifted in as found

An appealing piece of mid-century kitsch for a cat lover or collector of Beccafichi’s animal paintings.
