This is a Kenshiro figure from the Fist of the North Star Seikimatsu Gekitouroku line, cape version.
Fist of the North Star Gekitouroku Kenshiro Cape version
It is a small figure, approximately 10cm tall, but its realistic sculpting was a topic of conversation at the time.
It is an unused item, but as it is a product that has aged considerably over the years, there is wear to the box and discoloration of the blister pack.
