The fabric is lightweight, soft, and semi-sheer with a classic polka dot design in raised velvet-like flocking. Perfect for retro dressmaking, petticoats, sheer overlay dresses, bridal accents, or theatrical costumes.

• Material: Lightweight sheer synthetic (likely nylon or polyester blend) with flocked velvet dots
