The wrenches had some minor rust into the metal, these areas were cleaned up via wire wheel and smoothed out as best as possibly. None of these issue will affect the performance of the wrench. The pipe wrenches were thoroughly clean up and re-painted - it is not a factory paint job, and it could be prone to paint chipping. Wrenches work well with no problems.

The items may have some surface rust, scrapes, marks, dings, wear, and dents (Please see pictures for more details). Metal Adjustment Ring Turns Easily with No Issues. Structural integrity is good. Tested, works well, and ready for use.
