Vintage 34” Bakelite and black bead necklace featuring alternating large round beads in warm amber, olive, and caramel tones with matte black beads and small black spacers. The long length makes it easy to wear as a single statement strand or layered. We would describe the color of the Bakelite beads as golden olive or olive butterscotch.

We tested the beads using semi chrome and found that the golden olive ones tested positive for Bakelite.  We aren't sure what the black ones are made of.

The necklace shows age-related wear, including surface scratches and scattered marks on some beads. An area of cord or knotting is visible near one bead, as shown in the photos. Photos are part of the description, so please review them closely.
