Fleischmann 828809 1:160 2-piece SBB 4-axle type Res flat wagon set with rail loads. Epoch V-VI. NEW

Condition: New in undamaged original plastic boxes. Original slipper-case cardboard box for one set has slight damage. (see last photo)

Note: it is very difficult to remove plastic boxes from the cardboard surround without damaging the latter as it’s a very tight fit.

Each grey, type Res, 4-axle wagon is loaded with about 13 track rails. Wagons have eight rotatable stanchions on each side and removable loading side rails.

Rails are in two layers, each layer of individual rails supported on three wooden cross-slats.

Note: These rails and cross-slats are individual items, loosely mounted with the whole load seemingly being held in place only by gravity as one set of 2 wagons was received with the top layer of rails out of place in the box. These have been put back in place and NO damage was found to either wagon or load.

Likely that delivery will see movement of rails once again on any of the 4 wagons that are available.
