Paşabahçe Gold Band is a boxed set of six Turkish tea glasses decorated with gold (gilded) bands – yaldızlı in Turkish. Turkish tea is traditionally served in small, tulip-shaped glasses – the ince belli (“slim-waisted”) glass – that show off its deep amber colour. The narrow waist keeps the hot tea in the lower part of the glass, and you hold it near the rim.
Use them for Turkish, Arabic or Persian-style black tea, herbal tea, or small servings of coffee – at home, in a café or when guests call.
