Compatible with all Pentax K mount lenses, solid stainless steel lens mount. Has a built in flash but also a fully dedicated hot shoe for bigger flash units.
Settings for manual, semi or fully automatic/ programmed operations. manual and autofocus functions. Built in solid and reliable winder, ideal for fast sports photography where speed shooting is a must. Also quick and fast rewinding. Loading of film is super fast and fully auto. Body is ergonomically designed and fits hand extremely comfortably due to the hand grip that has built in wheel for fast settings change and shutter release button.

WOW, what a nice piece of equipment ! Back from the days where photography  was made using marvelous  engineering.
Frankly speaking, photography teachers ( not all of them) keeps recommending the K1000 to photo students without realizing that there are much better cameras, by far at better prices offering 10 times the value. This is one of many, the advantage is that it has the K mount, so accessory lens abound and the learning curve is super easy while the superiority of the system is notable.


This is a vintage camera and lens, suggest you purchase a warranty from Square trade to be covered.
