Authentic Original Pentax K 1000, Asahi Co. All metal body! Later models (China) have a plastic top and bottom, lighter and less reliable.
The film advance mechanism is strong and precise. and has been fully serviced, cleaned, lubricated and adjusted to factory specs.
Minor scuff marks and or dents might be present on the body top and or base.
All factory leatherette coverings are in place as they should. They are important because they cover hinges, and other openings that if not covered may allow for light to reach the mirror box causing exposure problems. Beware when looking for other used, non serviced cameras that do not have them or are not installed properly.

Being that old. its possible that if a magnifier is used, one could find more signs of aging, expected. If you are that picky then you should look for a BRAND NEW camera and lens. Don't abuse EBAY and try to return. This unit is excellent for the price, but still is old.
