TSI Model 3760 Condensation Nucleus Counter for aerosol/particle measurement applications.

TESTING

The unit was connected to 120V AC power and powered on normally.

Upon initial power-up, the STATUS indicator illuminated red. After the warm-up period, the STATUS indicator changed to green ("OK WHEN GREEN"), as shown in the photos.

According to the operating documentation for the TSI 3760, the green STATUS indication signifies that the condenser has reached operating temperature and the laser is operating properly.

No alcohol was added during our testing, and the unit was not connected to the additional equipment necessary to perform particle-counting measurements.

Particle detection/counting, measurement accuracy, flow rate, calibration, and operation of the rear MULTIPLEXER connection were not tested.

The unit is therefore being sold as a used, partially tested instrument. We are only representing the specific testing described above.

No Model 3703 remote processor, alcohol, additional instrumentation, manuals, calibration documentation, or other accessories are included.

CONDITION

Good used condition for its age with cosmetic wear from previous laboratory use, including marks, scratches, dust, and discoloration.

The bottle and tubing show additional wear/discoloration from previous use.

IMPORTANT

This is older specialized scientific equipment. It powers on and reaches the green "OK" STATUS condition after warm-up, but a complete operational or calibration test was not performed.
