Large Professional Mauviel copper and brass roasting dish tray.
This was bought in the 1990s in Paris from E. Dehillerin, the famous professional cookware store. It is not marked Mauviel but that was fairly common in the 1990s. I have recently sold several similar pieces all bought at the same time from E Dehillerin some marked Mauviel others not even though identical and part of a set.
Measures L 41 cm incl handles 38cm without x w28cm.
In great condition despite age and regular use reflecting its quality of manufacture. Please see photos.
Only selling as having to downsize. It is a great dish and can be taken straight from oven to table.
