Offered here is an original 1932 dated Real Photo (Not A Print) post card that reads on the front "The Tunnel Chief Ouray Highway" along with Walker Art Studio Montrose, Colorado. Very well detailed photograph of a 1930's era vehicle at the mouth of the tunnel which is located as the only tunnel through the rock not far south of Ouray at Bear Creek. Great display piece of Ouray history back when the road still saw use of ore trucks hauling from the mines. Thanks for looking!
